WA-based Linneys has launched an online store to coincide with the release of its 2015 ‘Beautiful Reflections’ jewellery collection. Linneys creative director Justin Linney said the new e-boutique is an exciting development which will see the company’s jewellery become available globally.

“Significant online purchases have become common with evidence showing that customers are ready and comfortable to make major investments online,” he said. “We understand the luxury customer and we’ve taken care of the information and logistics required to make sure our clients trust our service. It doesn’t matter whether the purchase is made in store or online, the customer’s confidence will be there if they know what they’re receiving.”

Linneys’ online store will provide “a comprehensive ring and neoprene sizing guide, high quality images of products and detailed information to ensure a successful and enjoyable online shopping experience”.

Apart from offering international delivery, Linneys e-boutique will also provide a click-and- collect service for customers located near one of the three Linneys showrooms in Perth and Sydney.

If a customer’s order is not in stock at the time of the order being placed, Linneys will custom-make the piece and send it to the customer within 14 working days to provide customers with “a total luxury shopping experience”.

In 2013 Australians spent $14.7 billion online and it is estimated that by the end of 2014, global e-commerce sales will top $1.4 trillion for the first time.
